Counsel at Squire Patton Boggs on Monday removed a data breach class action against Greater New York Mutual Insurance Inc. to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Timoney Knox LLP and Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman on behalf of individuals whose personal information was allegedly accessed during a cyberattack. The case is 2: 22-cv-01788, Rauhala v. Greater New York Mutual Insurance, Inc.
