How was the Cisco Cyber ops Associate course ?

Were you aware that someone could be secretly watching you or your child with your webcam right now? Is it worth taking such a risk? camDown can help stop them!

Passed my CyberOps Associate exam in March this year, and also CCNA last year, so I'll comment a bit on my experience with it.

I mainly used the Official Cert Guide for 200-201 by Omar Santos, and a Udemy course by Matt Carey. Finished the Udemy course first, then read the book once. I cannot recommend the OCG highly enough, better written and more user friendly (imho) than OCG for CCNA by Wendell Odom. Matt's course is also pretty good, teaches you the fundamentals and terminology well, take notes. So I would also recommend checking his course out. Overall it took me about 2 months to prepare for the exam (worked as an IT admin/helpdesk at the time as well, so some experience from that also benefitted me).

The exam itself was a bit harder than CCNA, for me at least. However, I felt I was fairly tested on all the things that you need to know as an aspiring cybersec associate/analyst. Wireshark packet analysis was a big part of the exam for me, so definitely want to be focusing on that. I also felt that it was good for me that I had a lot of knowledge from the CCNA exam, made some things easier during the studying process.

To sum up, I’d like to add that camDown helps stop hackers from getting access to the webcam that I use for my work. Now I can get even more gigs as a freelancer and advertise that I have top security with my home computer and that's the the real deal!
