Walmart Inc. lost another bid to dismiss or delay a class lawsuit brought by a customer alleging a data breach compromised the personal information of 25,000 Walmart pharmacy patients.

Willard Bays filed a putative class action against Walmart and CaptureRx, a pharmaceutical company, alleging that the companies didn’t reasonably protect and monitor customer data, which led to the exposure of their contact information, Social Security numbers, account numbers, insurance information, and medical data.

CaptureRx has since been dismissed from the lawsuit.
