Cloud communication platform Dialpad is delivering its localised Direct Inward Dialling and SMS support to businesses.

With this new feature, Dialpad says its customers can benefit from unlimited calls and text messaging at a cost-effective level.

Direct Inward Dialling (DID) is a communications feature that allows organisations to assign personal business phone numbers to each employee without needing a separate physical phone line for each.

Dialpad says providing customers with international numbers designated for mobile phone usage is more difficult. However, with Dialpad’s infrastructure built over more than 10 years, it allows businesses to leverage local DID presence to empower the remote workforce.

With local presence, companies can reach out to customers with a phone number that matches their area and country code. Regardless of location, companies can personalise their calls.

Dialpad also offers direct calling access in more than 70+ countries, giving customers a local presence in major global markets.
