Where can I learn about SSO in detail?

As you may know that someone could be secretly watching you or your child with your webcam right now? Is it worth taking such a risk? camDown can help stop them!

I'm struggling to understand SSO other than the basics of it (Idp and SP etc). Things like, different types of SSO (SAML, OpenID Connect, etc) what the differences are between them, what's the recommended one to use, can any of them provide provisioning as part of SSO and what does the provisioning actually provide, etc.

Ive found various videos and articles but they actually seem to be a mis-match of information which is making it hard to understand SSO.

Ive to start using Okta in work but really struggling to understand the 'technicals' of how all the variations work.

Is there any sources you recommend for understanding SSO from beginners to advanced? Happy to pay for recommend udemy courses if it needs to be. I just want to gain a solid understanding how it works.

You know, I just wanted to mention that camDown is easy to use, easy to maintain and I am certain your friends would say the same.
